Dr. Massey is a Board-Certified Dermatologist who splits her time between the Cheyenne Skin Clinic and Adora Day Spa as a practicing medical and cosmetic dermatologist. She completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Texas at Austin and Harvard Medical School, respectively, where she gained training in cosmetics and lasers from national experts. 

At Adora Day Spa, Dr. Massey specializes in advanced laser and injectable treatments for the face and body. Dr. Massey treats wrinkles of the forehead and eyes, “gummy” smiles, overactive jaw muscles with Botox and contours the cheeks, lips, chin, and jawline with the Juvederm collection of fillers and Kybella. Dr. Massey uses lasers to treat redness and rosacea, wrinkles and sun damage, acne scars, keloids, and stretch marks, and much more.

*Dr. Massey has a $100 consultation fee, which will go towards any procedure booked.

 

Karen Gafford, PA-C earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Fitness, and Health from Purdue University. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Wellness Management at Colorado State University, followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Arizona.

Karen began her medical career working in internal medicine before transitioning into dermatology, where she focuses on helping patients improve the health and appearance of their skin and hair.

She currently practices at Cheyenne Skin Clinic and Adora Day Spa. At Adora, Karen specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments including microneedling, Vbeam laser, DOT laser, Attiva skin tightening, and customized chemical peels. She also offers injectable treatments such as Botox®️, Dysport®️, Juvederm®️, Restylane®️, and Sculptra®️.

Karen enjoys working closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that help them achieve their skin and hair goals. She is available at Adora on Friday evenings and select Saturdays.

Janelle is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in nails. She received her training at Cheeks in Cheyenne and Adora has been lucky to have her providing services since 2001. Janelle is a proud mother of 2 beautiful sons. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors planting flowers, baking, reading, traveling to warmer climates, seeking out new restaurants and coffee shops, concerts, quality time with close friends and family, and working on her nonprofit ForMak.

Kim has been a licensed massage therapist since 2019 following her graduation from The Institute of Business and Medical Careers in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy & Skin Care in St. Petersburg, Florida. She joined us at Adora in 2021.

She specializes in Swedish/relaxation, hot stone and prenatal massage modalities, as a calm and gentle approach to healing is her goal.

Kim is passionate about bringing peace and comfort to everyone she has an opportunity to meet and the honor to touch.

Jessica is a Registered Nurse, having received her degree from Laramie County Community College. She specializes in cosmetic dermatology and has worked at the Cheyenne Skin Clinic and Adora Day Spa since 1997 doing just that. Jessica has completed numerous trainings in injectables and lasers — including earning the certification of a Master Injector from the Allergan Medical Institute. She has been invited back to the Master Injector series in 2022, an exclusive invitation, as only two injectors from the state of Wyoming were granted an invitation. Her extensive training and 25 years of experience give her unparalleled expertise. 

As a Master Injector, Jessica treats wrinkles of the forehead and eyes, “gummy” smiles, overactive jaw muscles with Botox and contours the cheeks, lips, chin, and jawline with the Juvederm collection of fillers and Kybella. Jessica also uses lasers to treat redness and rosacea, wrinkles and sun damage, acne scars, keloids, and stretch marks, and much more. Having worked under the tutelage of Dr. Sandra Surbrugg for many years, Jessica specializes in spider vein treatment.
