Adora Day Spa Policies
Adora Day Spa does not offer refunds on the Purchase of Gift Cards. Gift Cards are good for dollar amounts only and do not guarantee the price of your service. Gift cards may be redeemed for product or services at either Adora Day Spa location. We treat Gift Cards like cash and do not keep a record of purchased Gift Cards. Adora Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. There is a $3.00 activation fee to activate a new Gift Card.
A credit card or gift card may be required to reserve your appointment. Please give at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation (72 hours) for packages and multiple appointments, or your card will be charged for the full amount of your services.
Our peaceful atmosphere is designed for adults. We want you to relax and enjoy your services without interruption. Please leave your children at home. We do not allow children to accompany their parents into our treatment rooms unless they are receiving services. We allow children of all ages to receive services, however we do require that children under 18 years of age obtain parental consent before any treatments may be given.
Adora Day Spa requires that you reserve your appointment times in advance. Please be aware, if you are late for your appointment, your service will be shortened and you will still be charged for the full amount of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will have to reschedule you and you may be charged for the full amount of your service. All open hours are by appointment. We may close either location within posted business hours if we don't have appointments scheduled.
Adora Day Spa does not offer refunds on the purchase of Gift Cards. Adora Day offers refunds, only on the following products: Obagi, Dermalogica and Revale All other products may be exchanged only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Spa services or Medical Spa treatments. We do not offer refunds on Latisse. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase and require proof of purchase.
All of us at Adora Day Spa strive to provide exceptional services to our guests. Although gratuities are not expected, they are greatly appreciated. An 18% gratuity is automatically added to parties of 4 or more.
If you seek a donation for your event, please review our Sponsorship/Donation Policy and please be kind enough to send your request in 60 days prior to your event. We will only contact you if your event has been selected for a donation. Please keep in mind, we DO NOT donate services or gift cards. Most donations are in the form of gift baskets and some may contain alcohol.
Adora Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service. We reserve the right to change or alter the content of our services at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time.
